◎研究方向

[1] 表面活性剂及两亲聚合物:

表面活性剂是一类分子结构具有两亲性质,极具特色的化合物,在日化、食品、农业、石油、环境等许多领域应用广泛,享有“工业味精”的美誉。同时,表面活性剂分子在溶液中形成的各类自组装聚集体作为软物质科学里的一个重要分支,在生命科学、能源科学、信息材料科学等高新技术中也发挥着越来越重要的作用。表面活性剂化学已成为物理、化学、生物三大学科和许多技术部门共同关心的热门话题。本课题组主要研究两亲分子溶液中的有序聚集体的结构、形成机理、模板效应、复杂流变学性质以及其实际应用。

[2]DNA等生物分子的自组装:

   DNA等生物分子因其具有精确编码的分子序列、多级丰富的组装结构,使其在可控自组装方面独具优势。这些分子源于生物体系,具有优异的生物活性,在药物的靶向递送、生物传感、医学成像、组织工程等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本课题组基于化学、物理、生物及纳米技术等多学科交叉融合的研究思路,致力于DNA等生物分子的自组装设计、结构控制、功能化及其应用。
